Lucas County Juvenile Justice System - Toledo GROWs partners in a job-training program with the CITE program (Community Integration for Training and Employment) of the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Division. In 2009, this partnership provided paid employment to over 100 adjudicated youth. These youth work in community gardens, learn new skills, connect with positive mentors and provide valuable services to their neighborhoods.
