Terrace Room (Capacity: 80)
Located inside the Crosby Conference Center, the Terrace Room is just off the Shade Garden. Its three sets of double doors open to provide a fantastic panoramic view of the Sycamore Allée. The brick patio outside can also be used. The Terrace Room shares a kitchen with the Stables Room. (4-hour rental / Mon – Thu = $500 / Fri - Sun = $600)

Stables Room (Capacity: 25)
This intimate room has windows overlooking our Herb Garden and Hosta Courtyard. The relaxed garden setting is perfect for a small reception, party or meeting. (4-hour rental / Mon – Thu = $150 / Fri - Sun = $200)

Garden Cottage (Capacity: 15)
Surrounded by lush shade, this cottage is a perfect place for a small group gathering. It’s equipped with a kitchen, enclosed porch, living room, bridal / meeting room and bathroom. (8-hour rental = $300)

Jazz Lawn  (Capacity: 100)
Located near our Shade Garden and the Crosby Conference Center, the Jazz Lawn is a great place for that outdoor gathering you are planning. (Daily rental = $2,000)

Sycamore Allée (Capacity: 500)
We hold many of our major in-house events here because of the extensive views and vast amount of space. This is our most popular tented site. (Daily rental = $2,000)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does TBG provide tents, chairs, linens, catering, etc.? We are solely a site rental and only allow Meredith Party Rentals to set-up chairs, tents and tables on grounds. They can be reached at 419.531.9977 for a quote. TBG does provide tables and chairs for its inside rental rooms.                                                 

Do we have access to a kitchen? Yes. When you rent either the Terrace or Stable Rooms inside our Crosby Conference Center, you are allowed to use the kitchen. It’s equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, sink, and microwave.

Are we responsible for cleaning up after our event? Yes. We ask that you leave your rented area in the same condition as it was prior to your event. You may be charged for any damages incurred during your event.

Can we have alcohol at our event? Yes, but the renter must provide proof of liability insurance and follow all rules and laws. A Metroparks Ranger must be on duty at a $35 per hour charge paid by the renter.

Can we have electricity and/or a deejay? Yes. Electricity can be provided at all rental sites EXCEPT at the Grand Allée. Music must be kept at reasonable levels and played no later than 11pm in respect for TBG’s neighbors.

Are there restrooms? Yes. There are restrooms located in the picnic area and in the Crosby Conference Center. There are no restrooms south of Crosby Lake.

What is your cancellation policy? Refunds are given if event is cancelled 6 months prior to event with the refund equaling 50% of payment. In the event of cancellation less than 6 months prior to the event, your rental fee may be used for another event of equal value within a year of the original scheduled date, as long as we receive written notice within 60 days of your event date. Refunds are not provided due to inclement weather (unless garden is closed for weather emergency).

What don’t you allow at TBG? We do not allow indoor smoking, pets, signage, decorations on garden displays, arches, the use of glitter/confetti, releasing of birds, balloons, rice, bird seed, flower petals, etc. Candles may be used in enclosed containers. Also, parking is not allowed on grass, walkways, or trails.
