     - Bathymetrics Map

Current (2009) bathymetry map showing water depth. It was prepared by taking measurements of water surface to top of sediment surface at 80-100 locations in the lake and then generating contours using Arc-GIS software.

      - Bathymetrics Change Map

This Bathymetrics Change map is an estimated change in water depth from the time of construction in 1987 to 2009. This was prepared by scanning and digitizing the original excavation plans for the lakes. Then current 2009 water depth was subtracted from the designed depth (in Arc-GIS) to create the change-in-depth contour map. The change in depth contours were then used to estimate the volume of sediment present in the lakes in 2009.
