Position Overview

Toledo GROWs Green Corps Coordinator/Field Manager

We are seeking dynamic/experienced individuals to work with at-risk youth, students and the general public. Salary/benefits commensurate with experience and position.

This individual will coordinate a pilot “green corps” that provides job training with at-risk youth (ages 16-20) while working in community gardens, planting trees and rain gardens and constructing/installing rain barrels. Additionally, this individual will help to coordinate over 100 community gardens (as well as organizing more gardens in targeted neighborhoods).

Experience with both youth and horticulture is essential. Requires at least a bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Education, Social Work or related field.
